Masa kitorang muda - muda dulu...

It was my mother’s 61st birthday yesterday.

We started the day off with Rawa Tosai for breakfast…

..then on to a sumptuous pampering session at the beautifully tranquil Khareyana Spa (the owners are super duper nice, I urge all of you to make a visit there soon!)…



…had lunch at Ole-ole Bali (a first for both mama and lil’ sis) and ate until we can’t say another word (the alpokat juice was to die for! Much better than the ones found in Jakarta)



…and topped off the day with a nice ice-cream birthday cake from Baskin Robbins.



Mama mentioned, patutla zaman dulu-dulu kitorang semua boleh simpan duit. Ye lah, zaman dulu-dulu, takde benda-benda ni semua kan?, while lifting the BR ice-cream cake box and examining it from different angles.

Memang la Ma, tapi setahun sekali je kan?
