i am so done with my Masters..woohooo!!!!!


finally, after a whole month of worrying, *not much of doing the work sangat pun* i've finally submitted my dissertation on Wenesday, met a bunch of classmates yang hantar last minute jugak hehehe...Coura, Cindy, Jing, and Kelly...i dunno what happened to the rest, but Debora is back in Brazil and Kai, blessed his cute heart, called me up on Monday night and goes " Dalie, you're my last resort!!! You're good with Microsoft Word right? How do we construct the contents page?!!" alahai budak comel nie, mane laa i tau..the first and the last time i saw it pun was when Debra did it for us..but i managed to figure it out, at 3 am laa tapinye..didn't think i should call him at that hour.. i do know that some of my classmates have deferred their submission, opting to submit in january..hence, graduating with the class of 2005..eee, tak nak gue!now, i'm just gonna pray hard that i've passed everything, and will be able to graduate dengan amannya...Aminn...


and yes, i no longer have a roomie...*BIG SNIFF*..Ainor went back to Malaysia for good on Tuesday, leaving me with this empty room all by my loneself..*sigh* who am i gonna do crazy things with? makan2 with? grocery shop with? retail therapy with? so sad...we didn't even get to do things for the last time together as she got back from Kelana Convoy on Sunday evening, and on Monday i was feverishly finishing up my dissertation in the school's com labs..her flight is on Tuesday night, and i was out the whole morning, printing and sending it for binding...i went along to the airport to send her off, as i no longer am bounded by the chains of my dissertation *MUAHAHAHAHAAH* and the cab ride to Heathrow was errm, smelly..*why do we always get smelly drivers?!!*..and when we reached Heathrow, she met a couple she got to know on Kelana Convoy who offered to carry some of her hand luggages *giler banyak*..so, after mocha frappucinos at Heathrow's Starbucks, while chatting to a lovely Chinese BM teacher from Kota Kinabalu, she went off...my one and only true roomie *sebelum nie takde roomie kan*...but since i'm going back soon, she's not too sniffy...besides, we already made plans for Nasi Lemak Lentok and Satay Hj Samuri..yay!


speaking of which, yes, i'm coming home...the initial plan was to stay till December, but as i couldn't get a job on a student visa, and it expires in OCt, and i want to celebrate Raya at home this time *like the spoilt brat i am*, my parents had to tip the last bit of the piggy bank to bring me home...*please pray that i get a good job to pay them off for every single moment i have here*...and will insya-Allah, be coming back in Dec for my award ceremony..


so, in the meantime, what have i been up to? well, the lady who owns 98% of our furnitures, came to pick ALL of them up last sunday, and i'm now surrounded by one cupboard (as opposed to two), one bookcase and one tv..remnants from last sunday's move..and tonnes of my stuff lying around....urrghhH!!!! i hate mengemasing if i don't know where everything's supposed to go! and my boxes from the shipping company has not arrived, so i'm very much tergantung....and my room is sooo empty..bare..devoid of any personality it once had...


other than that, i've been roaming around the house, went to town to catch One Flew over The Cuckoo's Nest, but didn't manage to cuz there's no student discount *darn!!!*, offered my service for some voluntary programme, and window shop like there's no tomorrow....but methinks my shopping days in London is over..i'll wait till i start earning and then i will come back with a vengeance! muahahahhahahah!!!


it feels really great to be stretching on my makeshift bed on a late morning, with the tv blaring in the background, thinking, what will i do today? heheheh...


but as for tomorrow, the hardware store beckons as the bulb in my room decided to go blinkers on me, resulting in me sitting in the dark while i type this out..thank god for UK's tv kerajaan...
