Dealing Principles and Procedures..wha..hey, what am i doing here? hehehe, oh well, might as well do a little bit of updating..(*takes a break from studying and flexes her fingers..*)

I was intrigued when i i first heard the song Scientist by Coldplay..it's haunting tunes and ambiguous lyrics makes me wanna analyze why is the song entitled The Scientist..so, i let my mind roam, and came up with the following observation and opinion...mind you, i'm sure not everybody agrees with it but this is what i think and could conclude...to me...i do, however, welcome feedback..altho after reading this u might be a little wary of reading upcoming entries...hope not :)

This song is about a scientist who is deeply in love with a woman. Somehow, the woman is cryogenically frozen due to death or near death and he's been preserving her that way. The line "come up to meet you, to tell you i'm sorry, you don't know how lovely you are.." brings to my mind an image of a man in white lab coat (who looks very much like the vocalist.) coming up to one of those cryogenic case standing upright with his lover inside, eyes closed, hands clasped on her tummy, wearing a floral, knee-length dress, very much still...

"I had to find you, tell you I need you
Tell you I set you apart..."

depicts his undying and deep love for her that made him perform the cryogenic freezing process on her, to set her apart from the crowd of people surrounding him for she is very special to him, and that he wants to bring her back from the dead...

"I was just guessing at numbers and figures
Pulling the puzzles apart
Questions of science, science and progress
Do not speak as loud as my heart"

he is obviously trying to find a cure for her, or to bring her back..hence "pulling the puzzle apart"..he's searching for answers, and the state of the scientific world of today which probably doubt the act he performed will not deter him from looking for solutions to bring back his lover to life...(ok, very uncertain details here, but i've gone too far ahead to dissect my observation..).."do not speak as loudly as my heart" is the progress in the scientific world which are probably taking cautious steps as well as are skeptical of this human regenerating process, but for which he is racing to uncover solutions for...

"Tell me you love me, come back and haunt me
Oh and I rush to the start..."

and for all these to be possible, he would have to start from the beginning..either from her time of death, or from the beginning of mankind to uncover secrets that would bring her back to him...to have her with him, again...

do i sound psychotic? have i just shredded the romantic love song u share with your significant other, thus ruining the sentiment for you? do i make any sense? have i nothing better to do?!
